We hand-pick and import everything from Japan, from the fish and other ingredients through to condiments, spices, and even tableware. Furthermore, in order to bring out the flavors of each ingredient to the fullest, we use red vinegar (made from sake lees) to make our sushi rice. This vinegar, typical of traditional Edo-style sushi (Edomae-zushi), is characterized by a uniquely well-rounded and rich flavor. By combining refined sushi developed through repeated experimentations and experience built up over time with dishware expertly crafted by Japanese artisans, Sushi Ori offers sushi that is both delicious and aesthetically pleasing. Japanese high-quality culinary selections made with the utmost care-only from Sushi Ori. High-class, traditional-style product boxes from Japan are used to package sushi, which can be given as a gift to family and friends or taken home to enjoy for yourself. Note: Sushi Ori provides antibacterial sheets, cold-insulation bags and ice packs with items purchased, so you can take them home without worrying about food safety or quality degradation.
